Do not use our Website or facilities to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property/privacy rights, involves non-consensual intimate material, exploitation of minors, credible threats, fraud, or activity prohibited by applicable law.

You must have necessary permission for locations, people, trademarks, music, footage, scripts, products and other materials you bring to a production. Tell us where rights clearance is part of the service you want us to provide.
5. Enforcement
We may reject, pause or terminate a request or booking where we reasonably believe it violates this policy, creates material safety/legal risk, or was obtained through fraud. Any refund will be determined under the applicable booking/project terms and law.
